7" obviously - they're cheaper and more convenient. My Nexus seems capable of doing most things. Today in a coffee shop I was reading my books, replying to emails, reading the BBC news and playing chess with folks all round the world. Even with it's leather case the thing is about the size of a small paperback book - perfect.
