But many people just don't
know that. And while ignorance of the law is no excuse, apparently ignorance of a vendor's TOS (not to mention the inner-workings of a gizmo's ecosystem that no one forced them to buy) IS an excuse. And we need caped crusaders to protect those Ignorant by Choice.
