the update from Office Home and Student 2013 Preview to the full release version is rolling out so its not or soon will not be "preview" anymore.
There is no Outlook but the native Mail/People(contacts)/Calendar apps sync with exchange. open one of them, settings, accounts and add exchange, enter your info. you can also add pop or imap etc
