i saw a guy wearing a khaki colored kilt and army boots a couple of days ago. he was tall, had many tattoos on his arms and legs (and possibly more under the kilt but i didn't investigate), and looked generally thoroughly punkrock, which is not usually the association i have with kilts. something told me he didn't need to worry about being teased about "wearing a skirt" anywhere in the world.
(does scotland have its own army ? if yes, do they wear khaki coloured kilts and boots ? that can't be the most practical dress for battle...)
