I have both 10" and 7" tablets. I use the larger one much more often, but that may be because the screen is easier to read and I'm home most of the time so portability isn't as important for me.

Because the smaller tablets are easier to travel with and priced more reasonably, I think the 7" will continue to grow in popularity, especially now that the screens have improved. I sure do appreciate the lighter weight and dimensions of the smaller tabs; they're definitely easier to hold for longer periods of time.
