I also placed an order several weeks ago. They charged my credit card immediately, which is not permitted. Even though the web site says the reader will be shipped in a couple of days, the order is still pending. They don't respond to emails. Also heard they don't answer phone calls. On their web site there are many complaints about this same experience.
