Ahh, I see. The users here mostly received their replacements within days, though I have also talked to CS reps who claimed not to have any devices available for exchanges for 2 weeks - turns out it depends on the goodwill (?) of the customer service rep you are talking to. One will tell you one thing, the next another, which can be immensely frustrating.
