What is it. just an image viewer?
sounds like something that a beginning programmer could DEFINITELY get off the ground given a little research.

Especially on the 5, easiest device to develop for.

EDIT: ImageMagick. look into that. or even just oversize/frame an image in a waf or something and let the engine do the work
