A real pain in the you now what as like I said earlier my password is a mile long with numbers and symbols. I'm really regretting that I made it so safe.

Are you reconnecting by yourself, or is the device reconnecting automatically if you use one of the online possibilities?
In my case, when I switch the wireless on (placing checkmark in box), and then tick 'sync', it automatically reconnects, no password asked. I can remember that it did ask a password every time, when I went to the section to connect by hand (sorry, no device at hand at the moment, so can't check). Must say, that was with the previous firmware.
