Yes, Google should be slapped on the hand for this one.
Still debating with myself whether I should go with the N7 (with cell data) or the N10. Since I'd spend more time with it at home than on the go, the N10 seems like the better fit. Just to think about the 10" screen to access my desktops via VNC / remote desktop...
