Today I bought a single copy of The New York Times. No download happened. Went to manage my Kindle and sent it to a second Kindle. A popup message read "Cannot send to selected device".
I called support and was told the download was shown as pending. I was also told that in rare occasions it could take up to 4 hours for a purchase to arrive. Support said to call back if it didn't show up.
Since we have so many readers here I wonder how rare this is. My downloads are always immediate. Anyone have this happen? About one hour so far.
