I agree this would be really stupid on their part. I pay for space on the Amazon Cloud, but I am not using it (You have to pay to get unlimited space for music) because it just seems like too much fox and henhouse. Of course, someone erasing cloud data would threaten the entire industry, so it is doubtful it would happen. But if I were banned from Amazon, and it seems this is done without a reason and with no warning, I would just die. Of course, all my books are liberated, so a switch to a nook wouldn't be a big deal.
