that would make sense, but is there by any chance *another* back key on the left side of the keyboard ? i'm pretty sure i hit it with my left fingers. it doesn't make sense that it could be the tabulation key but that one certainly causes havoc as well when you hit it by accident in a frenzy of speed-typing, as does the alt key...
