I agree, it's like when they told me the PWs were all back-ordered and I'd have to wait 2 weeks, with the tenth rep telling me that I could get the device within 2 days. I am gettng nervous about this regardless, with three devices that need to be replaced and Amazon Andrew telling me to hold off on any action.

I don't blame you. I wouldn't be comfortable either. Did Andrew tell you all of this on the phone? About holding on to the replacements until he gave you further notice? Maybe you should have Andrew email you that he said that so you have that in writing. I only worry what might happen if you don't hear back from Andrew. It might be complicated to explain all of this to another CS rep.
