Without a RLSE parameter the cylinder will not turn and you cannot chamber a round or advance the cylinder -- in short, it would not spin. If you wanted to make it a more fluid program you could perhaps use the "//SYSIN DD *" and provide each parameter in sequence rather than the more generic programs I used such as load, aim and fire.
