Still Life with Murder by PB Ryan

I picked up Still Life with Murder free from Smashwords awhile back, and just recently got around to reading it. I enjoyed it so much I bought the omnibus edition of all the books in the series and tore through it in a week!

If you like historical mysteries, I would suggest checking this series out. The book is set in Boston just after the Civil War, and features an Irish governess who is employed by one of the wealthier families in Boston. In the first book, she is trying to solve a murder and prove that the son of her employer (who happens to be the black sheep of the family) is innocent of the crime.
