That is very interesting. I'd love to have mine checked by an engineer. I'll see what they say when I call them tomorrow. I wonder how many people Amazon is contacting when they leave negative kindle reviews? Maybe they only call the people who leave 1 star reviews just to narrow it down. I left a one star review and they called me.
