2.1.4 is shared for Touch and Glo ?

I want to go back to 2.1.4 with my Glo... too much trouble with 2.1.5.
Is it safe to use 2.1.4 downloaded from here ?
Must I make a reset factory to go back to 2.1.2 before install 2.1.4 ?
Or back from 2.1.5 to 2.1.4 can be done dirrectly ?

PS: Sorry for bad english level...
