@TarraAnn85: That's another error entirely, happening later, from Amazon's side, AFAICT.
Make sure the kindle email is actually correct & properly set on your 'Manage Your Kindle' page, and that the email address you're using in Calibre is whitelisted on the 'Manage Your Kindle' email settings.
