Took the plunge and updated from 1.9.17.
The Kobo Desktop updated straight forward. Then plugged in my Touch which also updated same.
However after I "ejected" it, it took a long time "Updating" then "Restarting" then "Updating" again.
Then the Hour Glass icon stopped moving and I thought it had crashed !
But after a few mins it finished and seems ok.....thankfully.
One thing I noticed, I had to plug it back into my computer to synch up my books, and although it said it was "Synching my books" it would not actually start the synch until I clicked from the Discover tab to the Ereader tab ?
