Dug around SDL best I could. bit of a mine field. would appreciate a start vector.
getting my head around converting the palettes to ordered dither is errr hard.

I have the two video.c files for fbcon and x11 identified obviously. thanks : )

EDIT: Or I could work it out myself.. *reads on*
