how on earth do you know the precise *month* ??? is there a calendar convenienly placed in the shot ??? were you able to zoom in tight enough to read someone's digital watch ???

all i can say is, the photo of my neighborhood is old, because several of the streets around here have been redone since it was taken and are much nicer, and my own street has been turned into a pedestrian zone (there are still cars on google maps). but *how* old... no idea.
