A bit of a change this afternoon. A pot of Peet's "Darjeeling Fancy Organic." Not bad. (This is a blend of second flush organic Darjeelings. Characteristic Darjeeling nose, and a bit smoother liquor than some second flush Darjeelings I've had. )
