Unfortunately, it was the Old New Interchange Convention, so we have to deduct three ducks and a wombat.
However, since bringing up the unnameable subsection of the unmentionable rules, I can definitively state that the Appendix A of Att 1.0 of the Rules of the Menz Room allow me to play Winnebago Street and West Avenue.
