By quality I mean the firmware, not the hardware itself.

The devil is in the details, rightly so. I got min about 3 months ago
and every now and then I see a minor detail that makes it a great pain to,
Wait for it, just read books. Eg here jump to a page from a link zoom in,
Zoom out and return to the same page. It page displays largely zoomed out.
Same with hibernate/shutoff timer, improper support. I'm still using the SQL workaround.
Lots of fixes going around for issues that are not themselves "ereading".
Where during the project management did it get lost that this is an ereader.
Why are there still issues related to plain ereading after months of release.
Sure ereader is different for different people, but it is E-ink for a reason.

This maybe a rant, but these are heartfelt of a product that could have been so much better. It is not all talk, I'm ready to test / file bug reports recursively till ereading becomes reasonably stable.
