The Reader is currently only officially available in North America and (soon) in the UK.

The £199 price in the UK includes VAT, of course. Many people have imported them from the US from http://www.bhphotovideo.com but now it's officially available in the UK there's little point, price-wise, once you've paid postage, VAT, import duty, the courier's processing fees, etc.
