Kindle Paperwhite and a Stylus or equivalent

I just preordered myself a Kindle Paperwhite in the UK, and it'll be my first touch-screen Kindle. However, I suffer from skin problems, which mean I have to smear myself in all kinds of moisturisers a couple times a day, and I don't want to take a chance on smearing the stuff all over my new ereader just after I've been applying the stuff to my skin if I decide to have a read.

Hence my question: can you use a stylus, or anything else, to hit the page turns if there are times you don't want to touch the screen?
