You can try just starting a discussion on a book, or you could check out the book clubs area to see what members are reading and contribute there.
Most of us end up over at GoodReads in some form for that sort of thing. There is a GoodReads groups devoted to the reading challenges and we toss books back and forth, but nothing like a long discussion of a given book.
