Mine shipped back to NV, but I never heard anything about the special tracking. I should think they have keywords associated with CS calls, so if that is true we should eventually get a similar mail, but i haven't got one yet. Also, if that is true, and that is a big IF, it means their engineers currently are clueless as to the problem.
