Thar museum looks really interesting, if I am ever in London and had the time I would definitely like to visit it. So anyway the answer is that the building address would be 239 Baker Street, but the local authorities have let it have the address 221B.

I used to walk past it often (when working in London, I'd arrive at Marylebone Station and walk along Baker Street if the weather was good) and never even noticed it wasn't correctly sequentially identified, so I've learnt something.
