What a terrible bummer. I'm scheduled to get my replacement tomorrow. I don't know what I'm going to do if it ends up worse than my first one. I already got rid of my NSTWGL which I switched to the PW from. I don't want to abandon the PW because I generally like it better (and don't want to spend money to take a step backwards) but I don't want to be stuck with a bad unit.

Do you think Amazon will let you trade off units again, or once you get one replacement, you're screwed?
