Ditto with EPUB readers actually, I searched android store and couldn't find any good, especially any free apps, with strong and effective annotation capabilities. (OK, maybe Nook reader was an exception) Moreover, most of the free apps seem to come with irritating advertisements! I don't think I could handle that.
EzPDF can scribble - and much more.

MoonReader is superb for Epub.

But there are many more options and the software is improving all the time becuase oft the heavy competition.

As I said, just for reading you are fine.

If you don't miss dictionaries and all the other goodies - why not?
Is it really necessary to explain the benefits of multitasking?
