On Sunday mornings we get up early and walk to the local Farmer's Markets a couple of kilometres down the road and buy our "fresh food" for the week from the local growers and suppliers. We also buy some eggs, some fresh Turkish pide and some local, smoked marlin, ocean trout or salmon, and when we get our backpacks full of fruit-and-veg home we have "scrambled eggs on toast" with small slices of smoked fish on top (and maybe a few drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce).

Most of the Australian population lives on the ocean - seafood dining is inevitable.

2) Remove "Skinning dipping in Australia" from my personal to do list.
Oh, come now, what would be the point of coming to Australian and not skinny dipping? I promise, the crustaceans won't come anywhere near you (they're too afraid of the sharks.).

Cheers,
Marc (waiting for summer to arrive in early spring so he can get in the surf again)
