I use a Sony Reader PRS-505. I think it's quite a nice device and quite ergonomic. It has the same screen as the Kindle, Gen3, and V3. The tools to convert content to use with it work quite well and are fairly easy to use. I do spend a lot of time using it to read and it's quite nice.
