You are correct, on an Android tablet it's simply Amazon App Store. When accessed through the Internet the webpage is Amazon AppStore for Android so as to differentiate itself from Apple's AppStore. The Amazon App Store App cannot be installed on an iPad so Apple's claims that using "App Store" is confusing to consumers is completely ridiculous, just like their lawsuit.
