And here we go again.. USBNet v0.43.N!

* Properly workaround the timing issues when USE_VOLUMD is true (we should now always end up with the correct IP). [Basically, we now loop for 15s max, checking if the usb0 network interface is up each second, to avoid calling ifconfig before volumd. Surprisingly, this had to require a tiny bit of C, couldn't find an easier way to get the IPv4 address without parsing the output of something...]
