I'm pretty sure that most of them are in China. China's idea of land use is different from most other countries.

I know that Chongking is the biggest but then?
Harbin
Hangchow?
Beijing?
There are a lot of other Chinese areas that are really big compared with the rest of the world, but I can't remember names of places unless I've been there myself.
