Whatever you end up doing, be sure to make a backup of your Calibre database. It's just a folder (with subfolders) named "Calibre Library" or similar. Mine is in "My Documents", but yours will be wherever you put it.
ETA: I was also going to say there is a Calibre subform, but HarryT beat me to it, as it were
