Happy, satisfied users who don't have any problems with their Kobo will much less likely go online, look up this specific Kobo forum and share how content they are with their Kobo
Considering this forum is not overflooding with issues (compared to how many Kobo's are sold), I think it's safe to say the Kobo operates well enough to buy !
I have a Kobo Touch since a few weeks and am a happy user. It worked perfectly out of the box and with the Kobo store - like probably most Kobo users will be using the Kobo. I had some issues when I tried to put my own ebooks on it and the 2.0 firmware thats how I found this forum.
