They do reuse them and add onto them each year. There is a nest in Florida even bigger but it's very old and probably used by more than one generation.
Here is a link with a pic of an average size nest. It's hard to judge size but using the 3 foot long eagle as a guide one can see the nest is massive.

In North America Bald Eagles are the top of the aves food chain. Fortunately, no longer on the endangered species list. Beautiful creatures.
