I personally find most annoying the fact that the pen stops working sometimes (power management issue i've described on various occasions).
Also vertical and horizontal straight lines don't get merged in the pdf
I've marked these issues as "very important" on the Wiki-page with suggestions many moths ago, but i guess other users don't find them irritable enough.
