Intentionally vague, because generally the more I try to conform to some more detailed scheme for format quality, the more exceptions appear that don't like those particular specifics. Those exceptions gang up on me and bog me down. (and of course bogging is bad for me…)
I don't recall seeing anyone else's 5 star scheme. If you find it I'd be curious to see it too.
