sony would be stupid not to read this forum. a further point - kobo(who do seem to have various software problems) have got employees partaking and announcing developments in the kobo mobileread forum. there is no point in defending sony when they are blatantly not investing in ereaders. people will go elsewhere(i certainly will if sony continues this trend). Left are a small quasi religious following who will support whatever sony does.
