As a small Amazon stockholder, I would like to go with Kindle. The price and most of all the tacky book light annoy me. Color would be nice. I am hoping to find an alternative here. I am starting to have vision issues. We are retired, so cost is a factor, however I consider reading a necessity, way ahead of fashionable clothing and home furnishings.
