Problem solved.

I found somewhere a file linux.inf - have no idea from which site - lost the URL.
The contents of the file is next (this works for Win 7 x86):
Spoiler:
; MS-Windows driver config matching some basic modes of the
; Linux-USB Ethernet/RNDIS gadget firmware:
;
; - RNDIS plus CDC Ethernet ... this may be familiar as a DOCSIS
; cable modem profile, and supports most non-Microsoft USB hosts
;
; - RNDIS plus CDC Subset ... used by hardware that incapable of
; full CDC Ethernet support.
;
; Microsoft only directly supports RNDIS drivers, and bundled them into XP.
; The Microsoft "Remote NDIS USB Driver Kit" is currently found at:
; http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/hwdev/...ces/rndis.mspx

Then I updated the driver by manually selecting the dir where linux.inf is.
Windows 7 driver installed fine.

Then I've got a new network card among network adapters. I set up manually its IP address to 192.168.2.1. This is ip of the computer.
After this ping 192.168.2.2 (kindle) works fine.

Then I downloaded WinCSP and I can browse all filesystem in it.

Thanks all very much for your help.
