I've just tried on another computer with Win7 x64 - it is also recognized as flash disk there.
I answered in the other thread. The DX commands start with a backquote (`), not a tilde (~). Try the correct (for the DX) `usbNetwork command.

Look at the output of the ~help command again (with a tilde), and notice the first character of the commands.
