Honestly, I don't have much of an opinion in the lawsuit. I have absolutely no problem with android phones.
But I will say, innovate <> blatantly copy either. Which I believe is the gist of what samsung was found guilty of doing.
In terms of the Itunes store, Apple did what no one else was doing in terms of making legally purchased music available and putting a well thought out interface around it. Similar to the original napster only in you can search for music you like and dowload it.
I honestly can't believe we have people talking about how android based phones have been innovative over the past year or 2, but then have people claiming the iphone itself was not innovative when it first launched. Come on.
