Actually when you read a paperback, you generally don't need to turn the page. You hold the right side of the book so the thumb grasps the middle of the page, then with the pointer finger of your right hand, you just sort of press the back of the book and you relax the pressure on your thumb and viola, the page flips up ready for your left hand thumb to grab and place down.
At least that's how I read paperbacks, and using a Kindle with buttons is a lot closer to that than having to swipe.
But regardless of what people think, some people just prefer buttons. I hate, hate, hate touchscreens and am not going to buy a product that forces me to use them. If that's my only choice, I'm simply going to pass.
