I agree with everything you said but one thing: I think describing yourself as an advanced user is blurring reality. It implies that eventually, many, most, if not all readers will at some point do what you are doing. This is not correct, most won't. Which is why, taking into account other readers' profiles, leaves makes the Sony a minority device. And this is what Sony must change.
