I got badly burned once on shipping fees so I never ship international unless I know it is okay to ship to a certain country, like Canada. But be aware that even if you list it as ship to CONUSA only, there will be offers from eastern Europe where shipping fees can eat your profit. I think it is difficult for them to get Kindles so they will try to talk you into shipping there. I always tell them find a friend or family member in the USA to whom I can ship, or no deal--period!
Also, do NOT go through one of those international shipping companies that allow you to ship to their USA address then ship it themselves to the foreign customer. Those look very suspect from what I've seen and read.
Bottom line is this. If a person in a foreign country tries to sweet talk you into shipping international just say NO and say it firmly!

I don't get why that should be a hassle. You pay postage on your side, end of story. Whatever happens on the receiver's side is their problem. You can advertise it for $100 (say) + S&H to be determined. There might be some person in Nepal or Bhutan who loves reading but can't afford a new Kindle including Amazon's exorbitant shipping costs. This is a unique opportunity for them, don't deny them the happiness of reading.
